ദുബായ് സെക്കന്റ് ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി റൂളർ H.H. ഷെയ്ഖ് ആഹ്മെദ് ബിൻ മുഹമ്മദ് ബിൻ റാഷിദ് അൽ മക്തൂമാണ് നാലാമത് ദുബായ് വേൾഡ് കോൺഗ്രസ് ഫോർ സെൽഫ്-ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ട്രാൻസ്പോർട് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തത്. ദുബായ് വേൾഡ് ട്രേഡ് സെന്ററിൽ വെച്ചാണ് ഈ സമ്മേളനം നടത്തുന്നത്.
ദുബായ് റോഡ്സ് ആൻഡ് ട്രാൻസ്പോർട് അതോറിറ്റി സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ഈ സമ്മേളനത്തിൽ ലോകത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ ഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നുള്ള മൂവായിരത്തിലധികം പേർ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇതിന് പുറമെ 80-ൽ പരം പ്രഭാഷകരും ഈ സമ്മേളനത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട്.
