റമദാനിൽ സ്വകാര്യ മേഖലയിലെ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ ജോലി സമയം ദിവസേന രണ്ട് മണിക്കൂർ വീതം കുറയ്ക്കുമെന്ന് യു എ ഇ മിനിസ്ട്രി ഓഫ് ഹ്യൂമൻ റിസോഴ്സ്സ് ആൻഡ് എമിറേറ്റൈസേഷൻ (MoHRE) അറിയിച്ചു. 2026 ഫെബ്രുവരി 12-നാണ് MoHRE ഇക്കാര്യം അറിയിച്ചത്.

ഈ തീരുമാനം രാജ്യത്ത് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ സ്വകാര്യമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കും ബാധകമാണ്. ഇത് നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നതിനായി, തൊഴിൽ മേഖലയിലെ സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ അനുസരിച്ച്, ജോലി സമയം കുറയ്ക്കുകയോ, റിമോട്ട് വർക്കിങ്ങ് അനുവദിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്.
